The UNICEF country office in Hargeisa Somalia has recently procured a 40KWp Solar Hybrid System with 60kWh ESS from CAA Energy.
With the recent completion of the installation, UNICEF Somalia has strengthened its ability to provide reliable services and smooth operations. A significant reduction in cost for the energy consumption and a reduction in their CO2 foodprint serves a showcase for similar institutions in remote areas which suffer from a lack of reliable energy.
